Background: The Standardized Cosmesis and Health Nasal Outcomes Survey (SCHNOS) is a widely used patient-reported outcome measure for rhinoplasty, assessing both functional and aesthetic concerns; however, a validated Hebrew version has not been available. This study aimed to translate, culturally adapt, and validate the SCHNOS questionnaire for Hebrew-speaking patients. Methods: Hebrew-speaking rhinoplasty patients and healthy controls completed the questionnaire following a standardized forward–backward translation process in accordance with international guidelines. Reliability, validity, and responsiveness were evaluated using internal consistency measures, test–retest correlations, group comparisons, and pre- and postoperative score changes. Results: A total of 127 rhinoplasty patients and 26 control participants were included. Internal consistency was excellent (Cronbach α = 0.89), and test–retest reliability demonstrated good reproducibility (rho ≥ 0.7). SCHNOS scores improved significantly following surgery and effectively distinguished rhinoplasty patients from controls (< 0.001). Conclusions: The authors’ findings demonstrate that the Hebrew version of the SCHNOS is a reliable and valid patient-reported outcome measure for evaluating functional and aesthetic outcomes in Hebrew-speaking rhinoplasty patients.
