Transcriptome‐Based Analysis of Core Hub Genes Related to Cell Adhesion in Vero Cells

The key to constructing suspension cell lines through genetic engineering technology lies in identifying the fundamental components and molecules involved in cell adhesion. In this study, differentially expressed genes between adherent and suspension Vero cells were analyzed using transcriptomics. The biological processes and pathways associated with these differentially expressed genes were examined through GSEA, GO, and KEGG enrichment analyses. The STRING database was employed to construct a protein–protein interaction (PPI) network, and core hub genes were identified using the MCODE and CytoHubba plugins in Cytoscape.
