The annual 'Cambados Consensus Forum on Genitourinary Tumors', held in Pontevedra, Spain, was convened again in October 2025, maintaining its central objective of reviewing and discussing recent therapeutic advances in genitourinary cancers. This multidisciplinary, 2-day meeting, organized by the Santiago de Compostela Health Research Institute (IDIS), brought together leading Spanish experts in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and urology to examine the latest developments in prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and bladder cancer as presented at international congresses and in peer-reviewed publications throughout late 2024 and 2025. This review summarizes the most significant therapeutic updates discussed during the 2025 edition, emphasizing the most practice-changing innovations.
